In 2023 we implemented a new scheduling system that allows you to schedule from the ease of your phone! Here are some simple tips and tricks to use our app:
– If you are downloading directly from the app store, you will need to enter our Service Provider ID and your personal barcode. Provider ID is: 16622627, and Barcode is: last 4 digits of your phone number.
– When booking your appointments, you can choose which provider you are scheduling with. Once you click the blue plus and select either single or group appointment, make sure you are selecting your “preferred professional” before you click on Date/Time.
– If you have a family with multiple members and someone isn’t showing up, please feel free to call us or make sure to inform us at your next appointment and we will troubleshoot to make sure everyone is available to book!
– You can sync with your phone calendar by selecting the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner, and click “Settings”, followed by “Calendar Integration”.
– Also, please make note you can adjust your notification settings for the app from your device’s notification settings, i.e. push notifications.
Scheduling for 3+ people we are asking that when booking to follow these steps:
– Select the “Single Appointment” option
– Select either the adult of the family, or if just the kids are being seen, select your favorite, 😉
– Proceed to the next step.
– Select from the “Appointment Type” – “Family Appt Adjustment”, that will tell us on the schedule to make sure we’re ready for the whole family!
